Short answer: start from a balanced base, then tune one section at a time in the training ground. The best sensitivity is the one where your crosshair stops exactly where you meant it to, without overshooting.

Before you change anything

  1. Set graphics to a frame rate your phone can hold steady. A steady 60 FPS beats a jumpy 90.
  2. Turn off battery saver; it can lower touch response.
  3. Pick one main gun for testing, such as an assault rifle with a red dot.

Step 1: Camera sensitivity (free look)

This controls looking around without aiming. Raise it until you can turn 180 degrees in one comfortable swipe. If you overshoot targets, lower it in steps of 5.

Step 2: ADS sensitivity

ADS is the sensitivity while aiming down sights. It decides your recoil control.

  • No-gyro starting values: No scope and red dot around 50 to 60, 2x around 35, 3x around 25, 4x around 20.
  • Gyro starting values: keep touch ADS a little lower and set gyro red dot around 300, then tune.

Spray at a wall 50 m away. If the spray climbs above the target, raise the value slightly for that scope. If you pull below, lower it.

Step 3: Higher scopes

Use 6x and 8x mostly for single shots. Set them low so small finger movements stay accurate.

A simple test routine

  • 10 minutes in the training ground each day for a week.
  • Change only one number per day.
  • Note what you changed so you can go back.

When to stop tuning

Stop when your misses are random rather than always high or always low. Random misses are an aim-practice problem, not a settings problem.

Questions players ask

Is gyroscope better than no gyro in BGMI?

Gyroscope gives finer recoil control once you are used to it, but it takes weeks to learn. If you are new, start without gyro and switch only when you want to put in the practice.

Why does a sensitivity code feel different on my phone?

Screen size, touch sampling rate and frame rate all change how far your finger needs to move. A code is a starting point, not a final setup.
